TRHT Greater Chicago is proud to announce that Executive Director Pilar Audain has been specially invited to lead a grounding meditation and mindful movement practice during ABFE’s [A Philanthropic Partnership
for Rack Communities]
upcoming Membership Monday Member Spotlight.

Taking place Monday, August 17, 2026, this BWIP-Inspired Edition will explore the Eight Dimensions of Wellness while honoring Black women whose leadership, wisdom, and vision continue to shape philanthropy. The conversation will center on self-care, resilience, holistic well-being, and what Black women need to thrive while leading transformative work in their communities.

Drawing upon more than 25 years of experience as a healing practitioner, Iya Audain will guide participants through a restorative experience rooted in mindfulness, trauma-informed practice, ancestral wisdom, and guided reflection. Her grounding meditation and mindful movement practice will offer participants an intentional opportunity to pause, breathe, reconnect, and restore.

Join this uplifting gathering celebrating the leadership and impact of Black women in philanthropy while exploring practices that sustain those who dedicate themselves to caring for their communities.
